this site supports organisations and individuals plan, manage, achieve and sustain successful change.

Change - an essential prerequisite of progress, and we still manage to foul it up!

Why is that? - We all know how important the whole process of managing change is to us all... to the company or the organisation to which we belong, to the teams which we are members of, or which we may lead, to our friends, families, schools, churches, and to us all as individuals.

This site provides a basic introduction to 1st 4 Change Management - and to some of the things we can offer our clients - in whichever form they may appear.

The index to the left of this, and every other page, will enable you to explore some of the things that we think are important in moving the change agenda forward. Of course, there will be other things that you will like to see and more that we will be building into the site over time, but, like all good change programmes, you have to make a start!

This site also links to the 1st UK Change Management Network within which we invite members to share some of their experience. The Network is a membership only, subscription based on-line community and although there is an annual fee, we hope that this will be more than returned by the quality of content that we hope to build into the site, and the quality of the dialogue and communications within it.

Whether or not you choose to join the Network, we would like to thank you for visiting this site, and hope you find something here that will encourage you to continue to develop your knowledge, skills and experience in change management. We all have a great deal to learn within this area, and we would like to think that we can help you achieve your change objectives.
